Just ask anyone who’s tried to do it: Moving and installing billiard tables isn’t easy.

When the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County found themselves in the fortunate circumstance of receiving six billiard tables, they needed help.

That help came in the form of White Glove Moving, Storage and Delivery, Vero Beach, which provided moving services and Riverside Billiards of Stuart, which donated much of the installation service.

The tables were given to the Clubs by Susan A. Vlacich of Port St. Lucie, and are in use at three Clubhouses in Fort Pierce and Port Saint Lucie.

“We’re grateful to Miss Vlacich for her generous donation, to White Glove Moving, their moving crew and their vice president of marketing Anna Valencia Tillery, and to Stephen Samuel at Riverside Billiards,” said BGCSLC CEO William Armstead. “This is a great example of community-minded people coming together to help an organization provide recreational activities for its members.”
