Chief Operating Officer

Linda Soto has been with the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County since 2006, where she started as a Truancy Specialist. In 2013 she was promoted to, Director of Prevention Services. Linda currently finds herself in the position of Vice President of Specialized Programs. As part of her current role, she oversees the operations of the Truancy Prevention Project, Summer Food Program, and DJJ Gang Prevention/SMART Programming.

Linda is a native New Yorker, who came to Florida in 2005 to be closer to her parents. To Linda family is everything. She found herself journeying into the world of helping others after witnessing the positive impact her parents had on so many foster children. As a result, Linda has 28 years of case management experience and is highly respected by many, as a role model, mentor, team player, and leader.

Linda has many achievements both personally and professionally. She is the mother of two amazing children, Aleya and RJ. She is also a well-renowned softball player with 5 Hall of Fame inductions in the State of New York and was recognized by Children’s Services Council in 2016 as Champion for Children.

Linda loves helping others and will do whatever she can to make a difference. Her famous motto is, “Love what you do and do what you love.”
