Swoope’s journey with Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County began as a Club member, and she has since risen
through the ranks, gaining invaluable experience along the way. As a Club Director, she successfully led the
Morningside Elementary Club and the Garden Terrace Club. Her exceptional work then led to her appointment as an
area director, where she oversaw multiple Clubs and guided Club staff.

In June 2023, Swoope assumed the role of Vice President of Club Services & 21st Century, marking a new chapter in her journey with the organization. With her extensive experience and firsthand knowledge of Club operations and
21st Century programming, Swoope is poised to lead and shape the future of Boys & Girls Clubs’ Clubhouses. Her
vision includes enhancing the facilities to provide a premier experience for Club members, ensuring they have access to a nurturing and enriching environment.

“Throughout my time with Boys & Girls Clubs as a Club member, Club Director, and Area Director, I have witnessed so much growth of our incredible organization,” said Swoope. “I am excited to take on this new role to ensure that our Clubs always provide world-class experiences for all members in safe environments.”

By creating this dedicated branch of Club operations and entrusting Kaitlyn Swoope with this important role, Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County demonstrates its commitment to keeping pace with the growing county.
