Westside Club Complex is currently our newest clubhouse with three free-standing buildings, conveniently located close to I95, at 3361 S. Jenkins Rd. in Fort Pierce. The 55,000 square-foot facility sits on 50 acres of property and accommodates 700 club members between ages 6 to 18.
The facility has its own commercial kitchen – offering a culinary program, an indoor gym, chip-n-putt golf learning and practice center, playground, auditorium and newly renovated classrooms.
Programs
We offer a safe, constructive environment when children are not at home or in school. Through a variety of tested, proven and nationally recognized programs we empower our Club kids and teens to excel in school, become good citizens and lead healthy, productive lives. Programs are tailored to the local community and customized for each age group to meet the interests and developmental needs of young people.
Golf
First Tee of the Treasure Coast partnered with The Community Foundation of Martin and St. Lucie Counties, Westside Church, and the Boys & Girls Club of St. Lucie, to provide a golf program that focuses first on character and second on golf. The nine core values at the heart of the program are honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, respect, confidence, responsibility, perseverance, courtesy, and judgment.
Workforce Readiness
Westside Club Complex also has a major focus on their Workforce Readiness programs and industry certifications for teens to help them prepare for successful careers. Teens who stay connected to a Club as they get older seem better able to resist engaging in high-risk behaviors, such as drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana, than their peers nationally.
