Linda Soto Promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County

FORT PIERCE, FL.: Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County proudly announces the internal promotion of Linda Soto to the position of Senior Vice President of Operations. With an impressive 17-year journey within the organization, Linda’s dedication and accomplishments have been integral to the growth and success of the Club.
“Throughout my time with Boys & Girls Clubs, I have witnessed an extreme amount of growth and an evolution of our programs,” said Soto. “But, we have never drifted from our mission, and we always stay true to our values. We are a team that is truly united by our passion for youth.”
Linda’s journey with Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County began as a Truancy Specialist, now known as an A+ Attendance Advocate. Over the years, her exceptional commitment and leadership qualities led to several well-deserved promotions. In 2013, she was appointed as Director of Specialized Programs, where she skillfully oversaw critical initiatives like A+ Attendance and the Summer Food Program.
Recognizing Linda’s valuable contributions, the organization promoted her to Vice President of Specialized Programs in 2017. In this role, she played a pivotal role in developing workforce readiness programming, ensuring that Club members were equipped with essential skills for future success.
During the challenges posed by the COVID pandemic, Linda’s leadership truly shone as she spearheaded “Operation Dinner Table.” With her expert and dedication, Linda coordinated food distribution logistics to ensure that Club families and community members were well-fed
during trying times.
Beyond her exceptional career with Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County, Linda has also achieved recognition in the sports world. She is proudly part of the New York State Hall of Fame for softball, a testament to her personal achievements and dedication to excellence.
Now, as Senior Vice President of Operations, Linda Soto continues to be a driving force in the organization’s growth and success. Her wealth of experience, unwavering dedication, and proven leadership make her an invaluable asset to Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County.
