Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County Awarded Best Places to Work for Fourth Consecutive Year

FORT PIERCE, FL: After achieving the prestigious title of St. Lucie County’s Best Places to Work for three consecutive years, Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County has once again secured this esteemed honor for the year 2023. On Friday, October 27th, the St. Lucie County Human Resources Association unveiled the 2023 award recipients during a luncheon held at the MidFlorida Events Center. At this event, Boys & Girls Clubs received their fourth consecutive title in the mid-sized employer category.
The Best Places to Work program was established to recognize businesses and organizations that integrate human resources best practices into their day-to-day operation. The St. Lucie County Human Resources Association evaluates various areas such as turnover, compensation, and benefits when selecting recipients of this prestigious designation.
Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County was selected for their outstanding human resources initiatives, which include providing employees with opportunities for professional development through travel, comprehensive onboarding processes, internal mentorship programs, and more. With a dedicated team of over 200 employees working across 25 Clubs and executive offices, the Boys & Girls Clubs team rally around a singular mission: to do whatever it takes to foster Great Futures for all young people.
