FORT PIERCE, FL: For the third year in a row, Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County was named 2022 Best Places to Work in the mid-sized employer category during a luncheon hosted by the St. Lucie County Human Resources Association on Friday, October 28 at the MidFlorida Event Center.

“Our outstanding success is credited to our team of youth development professionals, passionate leadership, and our surrounding, supportive community,” said Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County CEO Will Armstead.

Every day, more than 200 Boys & Girls Clubs employees proudly don the royal blue interlocking hands seen in the organization’s logo as a symbol of the meaningful work being done within the walls of 23 Clubhouses throughout the county. The organization’s team believes that being a part of Boys & Girls Clubs means doing whatever it takes to promote great futures for all young people, especially those that need us most.

“It is a family here at Boys & Girls Clubs,” said Boys & Girls Clubs Board Chair and St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Brian Hester. “There is no better job than one where you can serve our community, especially those that need serving.”
